Please allow one week for original paintings to be packed and shipped. In most cases, your artwork will ship within 2-3 days. Once shipped, allow approximately 5-7 business days for your artwork to arrive at your door. These are estimates as I cannot guarantee any unforeseen circumstances with the carriers; a tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped!

Damaged in Transit?
I pack every piece with care, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact me at art@balancedalchemy.com immediately and within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork. See our Refund Policy for full details. I'm committed to making it right.
