I have a 15-day return policy. You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact me at art@balancedalchemy.com. If your return is accepted, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or is the wrong item, contact me within 48 hours of delivery at art@balancedalchemy.com with photos of the outer packaging and the artwork itself.
Please do not discard the packaging, as it may be needed to file a carrier claim. Once I receive your photos, I'll make it right - whether that's a replacement, repair, or refund.Â

Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. I recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged on their way back to me.

Incorrect Address / Undelivered Packages
Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. I'm not responsible for packages that are lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to me, I'm happy to reship it. Just cover the cost of reshipping. If the package is lost in transit due to an address error, please reach out and I'll work something out with you.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable ItemsÂ
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on personalized artworks, sale items, notecards, prints, digital products, or gift cards.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect your returned item, I'll notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (most are faster). If applicable, only a partial refund may be granted; for example, if an item is returned not in its original condition, shows signs of use, has customer-caused damage, or is missing parts.
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or card issuer.
